The facility

Front desk staffs weren’t really nice and welcoming, I asked for an extra pair of indoor slippers (we were 3 guests in a room with one double bed and one small one that suits for 3 guests.. but there were only 2 pairs of indoor slippers), instead of simply saying no we didn’t provide extra pair of shoes.. they just answered impolitely and said that there usually be no more than 2 guests staying hence only 2 pairs provided! Everything else was impeccable though, so apart from that staffs factor, we had a really enjoybale stay overall!

Staff could be more helpful. Parking spaces at night could be limited.

- Light is too low in the bed room not suitable for reading / working. - Drain in the shower room does not work properly. - Signal on TV program is not very strong / program is displayed with disturbance. - Breakfast menu should have more items to choose.

Family suite room was specious, clean, big window with good views and well decorated. Parking was plentiful and bright. Two convenience stores were in walking distance. Checking in and out were fast.

Light in the room was insufficient.

Great value for a long stay, and spacious rooms.

The location is pretty good. The rooms are spacious and there some nice features to the rooms that give them a standout quality. The staff was pretty good about accommodating me and my friends, however they know very little English so that should be a consideration.

Breakfast with was not worth the added cost. I stayed for 7 days and are the breakfast twice. Breakfast drinks consisted of instant coffee and fake orange juice. There are tons of breakfast places in the city. Save your extra money. The room was cleaned everyday but the floor was obviously mopped with little or no care. I hate to say that but I am saying it because it is something I noticed everyday. Hair left from the mop in the bathroom and the bedroom. Yes it was my girlfriends hair but it just shows a lack of attention to the detail. Definitely not a deal breaker for me but something the manager should look for.

I really liked the room it was great. The pillows, bed, and comforter were so soft.

I was excited to get a free breakfast, but the breakfast was a little disappointing.
